EASTCHESTER, N.Y. The Town of Eastchester gave a check for more than $15,000 to the Eastchester Community Action Program in Tuckahoe. Town Supervisor Anthony Colavita did the honors handing the check for the annual grant money to ECAP director Don Brown -- a total of $15,832 -- at its Main Street location.
