Eastchester Will See Frigid Wind Chills Through Early Week

Spring has sprung, but frigid wind-chill values will make it feel more like it's the middle of winter overnight and into the start of the workweek in Westchester County. It will be mostly clear overnight with a low temperature between 16 and 18, according to the National Weather Service.
