EASTCHESTER, N.Y. After more than a year of political debate and inconveniences, the Parkway Road Bridge, which connects Yonkers and Bronxville, is set to be open to the public for the first time since 2013. The bridge has been a source of contention between officials in Bronxville, Eastchester, Yonkers and Westchester County as they wrestled over who should pay what portion of the estimated $180,000 in construction and consulting costs.
