EASTCHESTER, N.Y. Nearly a dozen people were displaced in the wee hours of Monday morning in Eastchester after a fire tore through a multi-family residence. Fire officials confirmed that 11 people were left out on the street on Monday morning after a fire spread through a three-story property on White Plains Road near the Eastchester-Scarsdale town line.
