Mr. Wilkoc was born in Eastchester, New York, the son of the late August E. and Meta Neuberg Wilkoc and had recently relocated to North Myrtle Beach after devoting his time to his career in New York City and Pennsylvania. He was a graduate of Princeton University, The University of Pennsylvania School of Law and NYC Graduate School of Law.
