EASTCHESTER, N.Y. With longtime judge Domenick Porco stepping down from as Eastchester Town Justice late last month, the town has turned to a familiar face to fill his position. Fred Salanitro, who could be found on the town Board of Trustees for the past five years, has been sworn in as the new Eastchester Town Justice, joining Judge Janet Madonia Calano, the town's first female justice, who was appointed in 2011.
