EASTCHESTER, N.Y. After years of delays, progress is finally being made on repairs of the Parkway Road Bridge that connects Bronxville and Yonkers, though the actual ownership of the bridge remains in question. The bridge was flagged and closed to vehicular traffic in June of last year when members of the state Department of Transportation deemed it a hazard during an emergency inspection.
