Eastchester High School students are welcome to cross-dress any day of the year, but the ban on it for Halloween was designed to prevent people from mocking gay, bisexual and transgendered people, according to LoHud.com . The high school recently came under fire when Principal Jeffrey A. Capuano wrote that cross-dressing was not acceptable Halloween attire, LoHud.com reported.
