Drew Zambelli, Cuomo's counselor, to depart

Drew Zambelli, who served as a top aide to both Govs. Mario and Andrew Cuomo, will leave his job as counselor to the governor this week. Zambelli, of Eastchester, had served in his role since Andrew Cuomo took office in 2011, serving as a $170,000-a-year adviser and internal pollster for the Democrat.
