Wind-Chill Advisory In Effect With Sub-Zero Temps Expected In Eastchester

The latest winter storm to move through Westchester County left little in the way of snow, but bitter cold will linger with overnight temperatures Sunday into Monday expected to be below zero. Skies will be mostly clear overnight with a low temperature between -2 and -4, according to the National Weather Service.
