An Eastchester tax preparer was indicted on charges of grand larceny and tax fraud on Thursday, according to Westchester County District Attorney Janet DiFiore. Louis Ciampanelli, 60, provided personal and business accounting services for John Nardini Construction Inc. between December 2010 and February 2012.
