EASTCHESTER, N.Y. The Bronxville Board of Education has introduced its first proposed schools budget of the season, which comes in under the tax levy cap of 1.36 percent. Superintendent David Quattrone has proposed a $46.55 million budget, representing just a .71 percent increase over last year's spending plan, which includes several new teaching positions as enrollment at the high school is projected to increase from 500 to 599 students over the next four years.
