EASTCHESTER, N.Y. For the first time since the Fire Department coated Parkway Oval with a sheet of ice a generation ago, the village of Tuckahoe has its very own ice skating rink for the young and old alike. Tuckahoe got a special Christmas present this year, as village officials joined local hockey enthusiasts for the ceremonial grand opening of Home Ice Advantage , a mixed-use rink for both recreation and athletics.
