Joe Houlihan Named Grand Marshal Of Eastchester St. Patrick's Parade

EASTCHESTER, N.Y. The past is going to meet the present in Eastchester at the annual St. Patrick's Day parade this year. More than a century after his great-grandfather Daniel Houlihan marched in the 1894 St. Patrick's Day parade in New York City, Fleetwood resident Joseph Houlihan has been tabbed as the grand marshal of the 2015 Eastchester St. Patrick's Day parade by the town's Irish American Social Club.
