EASTCHESTER, N.Y. With the village already in a state of emergency, Tuckahoe officials have enlisted additional contractors to assist DPW crews as the East Coast braces for the wrath of the impending winter storm. Tuckahoe Mayor Steve Ecklond declared a state of emergency as of 4 p.m. Monday.
