A Scarsdale woman, Johanna Fitzgerald , 43, was arrested Monday night, Dec. 15, after she was found stopped in the right lane of the Taconic State Parkway. Eastchester police are continuing their investigation into a pair of suspects believed to have burglarized several local residences over the last few days.
