EASTCHESTER, N.Y. An Eastchester father and his teenage daughter are facing serious criminal charges after the unlicensed girl crashed his SUV on Labor Day weekend in Pennsylvania, resulting in the death of three of her passengers. Several months after the Aug. 30, 2014 crash, which took the lives of three teenage boys, Michael Ware, 53, was arraigned on Wednesday in Wayne County and charged with involuntary manslaughter, endangering the welfare of children, filing a false report and other crimes.
