A number of first-second-and third-place medals were among the honors earned by students from Eastchester's Westchester Martial Arts Academy during the North American Grappling Association Championships held Saturday, Nov. 15 in New York City. Under the tutelage of mixed martial arts trainer Ron Barone, the group, in various levels of the children's competition, took four first-place, three second-place and two third-place medals.
