EASTCHESTER, N.Y. Volunteers with the Friends of the Tuckahoe Public Library are ready to officially welcome Eastchester residents to autumn, as they make preparations for the annual fall book sale. Each year, the Friends of the Tuckahoe Public Library enlists the help of the community by seeking new or lightly used books and other goods that can then be sold at the October book sale, with all proceeds benefiting the organization.
