EASTCHESTER, N.Y. The Eastchester High School Human Rights Club is welcoming students in the area back to class with its annual Welcome Back Carnival this weekend. The carnival will include food and fun for students of all ages, and also will provide elementary-aged children the opportunity to learn and interact with their elder students.
