SCARSDALE, N.Y. In an effort to boost recruitment, the Junior League of Central Westchester will hold a pair of informational coffee hours at historic Wayside Cottage in Scarsdale. At 8 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 22 and 9:30 a.m. Friday, Jan. 23, women from Eastchester, Greenburgh, Scarsdale and White Plains dedicated to volunteer work are invited to attend the semi-annual recruiting events.
