Eastchester Justice Domenick Porco vacated his position on Tuesday to prevent further investigation into allegations he failed to sufficiently oversee vehicle and traffic depositions, according to LoHud.com. Porco was one of two elected town justices and was in the midst of a four year term that would have expired at the end of 2015, LoHud.com reported.
