Just weeks after the Bronxville Board of Education was forced to terminate the contract of the contractor working on the new high school auditorium, district officials have reach a takeover agreement that will kick start construction. Last month, the Board of Education was forced to end their relationship with Kenstar Construction Corporation due to a breach of contract with more than 50 percent of the project complete.
