EASTCHESTER, N.Y. The Bronxville Board of Education is set to host its second informational meeting as it continues to educate the public about the importance of next week's special election. After sustaining millions of dollars in damages from flooding in the Midland Valley Drainage Basin near the high school, the Board of Education proposed a flood mitigation plan and subsequent synthetic field replacement at Hayes Field that will be voted on in a special election ballot on Thursday, Jan. 22. The next informational session will be held at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 15 at the monthly Board of Education meeting .
