State Regent Tours Eastchester 'Green Ribbon' School

EASTCHESTER, N.Y. A member of the New York State Board of Regents, Harry Phillips, was a guest at the Anne Hutchinson School in Eastchester on Monday, March 31, to tour the state's only nominee for the U.S. Department of Education's Green Ribbon Schools program.
