Flood Mitigation Passes, Synthetic Hayes Field Turf Rejected, In Bronxville

EASTCHESTER, N.Y. Bronxville voters have spoken, and while the village will enjoy a new flood mitigation plan, there needs to be a new plan for Hayes Field. On Thursday, voters overwhelmingly approved a flood mitigation plan years in the making, but narrowly determined that a reorientation of Hayes Field was unnecessary.
