WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. The Ballerina Ball presents "A Very Frozen Nutcracker" from 1-3 p.m. Dec. 13 at Haindl Field for Eastchester, Tuckahoe and Bronxville residents ages 3-8. For the first time in forever "A Very Frozen Nutcracker" is co-sponsored by the Eastchester Recreation and Parks Department.
