EASTCHESTER, N.Y. Tuckahoe Mayor Steve Ecklond visited some of the village's eldest residents this week in advance of a very special milestone that very few are fortunate enough to reach: their 100th birthday. New Village Administrator David Burke joined Ecklond at The Fountains at Rivervue on Monday, Oct. 6, to issue a proclamation to four Tuckahoe centenarians that will celebrate their 100th year on this planet later this week at a villagewide birthday party.
